We currently use the latest appraisal software for all reports which allows inspections to be completed on a cellular phone or tablet. Once complete, the information can then be immediately uploaded to the cloud for later use. We also utilize laser dimensioning tools in order to accurately dimension to ANSI standards while on site.

The Elements of Value
Residential appraisals are typically developed by analyzing and comparing the elements of value within specific market areas. Some of the key elements of value are: Site Size, Gross Living Area, Quality, Condition, Age, Number of Bathrooms, Parking, and additional amenities or features (pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, etc.) We compare these elements of value with other recent sales that are similar to the subject and within the same neighborhood. Adjustments are then made for the differences in these elements between the subject and comparables. It is here where we reconcile this data into an opinion of value.
